Nuvxor (“Nuvxor”, “we”, “our”) operates the website nuvxor.com and provides WhatsApp-based AI assistant services for businesses in Saudi Arabia and the GCC. Nuvxor is being incorporated in Pakistan as Nuvxor (Pvt) Limited. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect. When you contact us or try our demo, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, and the messages you send to our WhatsApp numbers. Our website collects basic usage data such as pages visited and device type.
How we use your information. We use this data to reply to you, run product demos, provide and improve our AI assistant services, and contact you about Nuvxor. We do not sell your personal data.
WhatsApp and AI processing. Our services run on the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta). Messages sent to our numbers are processed automatically to generate replies, including by third-party AI model providers acting as our processors. Please do not share sensitive personal information in demo conversations.
Data retention. We keep conversation and contact data only as long as needed to provide the service, and we routinely delete test and demo data.
Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or on WhatsApp at +966 55 947 3545. If you message STOP, we will not contact you again.
Compliance. We aim to comply with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and other applicable data-protection laws in the markets we serve.
