These terms govern your use of nuvxor.com and Nuvxor’s WhatsApp AI assistant services. By using our website, demo, or services you agree to these terms. Nuvxor is in the process of incorporation in Pakistan as Nuvxor (Pvt) Limited.
Services. Nuvxor provides AI-powered WhatsApp assistants for businesses, including real estate offices and clinics, set up and operated for each client under a separate service or pilot agreement.
Demo. Our public demo number is provided for evaluation only. Please do not use it for real transactions and do not share sensitive personal information. Demo conversations may be reviewed to improve the service and may be deleted at any time.
AI-generated replies. Assistant replies are generated automatically. We design our assistants to be accurate and to hand over to a human when unsure, but replies may contain errors and do not constitute professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. Clinic assistants never diagnose or prescribe; medical emergencies are always directed to emergency services (997).
Client responsibilities. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of the business information their assistant uses (listings, prices, schedules) and for complying with the laws that apply to their own business, including any consents required to message their customers.
Fees. Fees, scope, and terms for paid services are agreed in writing with each client. Unless agreed otherwise, fees are non-refundable once a service period has started.
Intellectual property. The Nuvxor platform, workflows, and content remain the property of Nuvxor. Client data remains the property of the client.
Liability. The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuvxor’s total liability is limited to the fees paid for the month in which a claim arises.
Changes. We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version on this page applies.
